The product

An AI audit for businesses that haven't cracked AI yet.

One day or one week. You walk away with a clear plan: where AI saves you time, where it makes you money, and where it's just hype.

No jargon. No platform sales. No commitment to build anything afterwards. The plan is yours to act on however you want.

The method

Six places I look for opportunities.

Every business has the same six areas where AI tends to help. In a 90-min conversation I walk you through each one. You leave the call with named opportunities ranked — the value starts on the call, not after it.

01

Repetitive tasks

"What do you do over and over every week?"

Data entry. Categorising emails. Filling in the same fields. The small jobs nobody notices — until you add up the hours.

Real example An accounting firm used to spend 3 hours every Monday categorising transactions. Now it happens overnight.
02

Customer questions

"What gets asked the same way every week?"

The 10 questions every customer asks. The same email reply written 100 times. AI can handle these 24/7 and free your team for the hard ones.

Real example A SaaS company now handles half their support volume automatically.
03

Paperwork pile

"What documents pile up waiting to be read?"

Invoices, contracts, applications, supplier quotes. AI reads them, pulls out the key data, validates it, and pushes it into the right system — then triggers whatever happens next.

Real example An insurance broker used to spend hours typing details from carrier PDFs into their CRM. Now it happens in 30 seconds — and quotes go out same-day.
04

The hire you can't make

"What role would help but isn't worth a salary?"

A junior researcher. A content writer. An SDR. AI tools can handle 60—80% of these jobs — getting the work without the full cost.

Real example A recruitment firm couldn't afford an SDR. AI now finds 20 qualified leads every morning.
05

Knowledge stuck in heads

"What does only one person in your business know?"

When one person knows how something works and everyone else has to ask them. New hires take months. AI can capture and share this knowledge instantly.

Real example A consulting firm cut new-hire ramp-up from 4 weeks to 1.
06

Finding new customers

"What's slow or random about getting new leads?"

Most small businesses rely on referrals or luck. AI can scan the web daily for ideal customers, score them, and draft outreach for you to send.

Real example A boutique firm gets 20 warm leads in their inbox every morning before they get to work.
What you get

A real document. Not a slide deck.

A written plan

The 3 to 10 places AI could help your business, ranked by impact. Each one explained in plain English — what it does, what it costs, how long it takes.

Honest pricing

For every opportunity: a real cost estimate. Whether to build custom, use an off-the-shelf tool, or skip it entirely. Numbers, not "it depends."

A starting point

A clear recommendation for what to tackle first — the one that ships quickest and gives you confidence to keep going. Plus what to ignore.

Two ways to start

Pick the size that fits.

Most people start with the Snapshot. It's cheap, fast, and you know within a day whether AI is worth taking seriously. Already sure? Go straight to the full Audit.

Common questions

Things people always ask.

Especially for you. The audit is built for business owners who know their business inside out but don't know what AI can or can't do. You don't need to bring any technical knowledge. I'll do all the translating.

Then you've saved yourself a much bigger spend. About 1 in 5 audits recommend not proceeding — either the timing is wrong, the business isn't ready, or there's something more important to fix first. That's a valid outcome and worth the audit fee on its own.

No, never. The audit is a standalone product. You own the report and can do whatever you want with it — hire me, hire someone else, give it to your in-house team, or sit on it.

NDA before anything sensitive. I don't keep copies of your documents and what I learn stays confidential. For regulated industries we can work under stricter protocols with signed data agreements.

Three options, you pick:

1. Managed platform (Vercel, Netlify, Render). Fastest to ship, small monthly platform cost. Good for most builds.

2. Your existing cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP if you already have one). Uses what you have, no new vendor relationships.

3. A private server I set up in your name. You own the infrastructure, your data never leaves it. Best for healthcare, legal, financial services, or anyone who'd rather not send data to a US cloud. I can also keep it maintained on a small monthly retainer (typically £400—£800/month depending on the system).

We pick the right option for your situation during the audit. No lock-in either way — you can move between options later.

Start with the free 30-min call. We'll talk about your business, I'll get a sense of what kind of audit fits, and you'll decide if it's worth doing. No pitch, no pressure.

Next step

30 minutes. Free. Worth it.

Quick intake form first (60 seconds), then we'll book a call. So when we talk, it's about your specific business — not generic pitching. If an audit isn't the right next step, I'll tell you.
